[수완뉴스=김동주 기자] 강릉시가 11일, 기초생활수급자 및 차상위 계층(장애인 등)에게 코로나19 감염 예방을 위한 자가 진단 검사 키트를 무상 지급하였다. 대상자에게는 일반 우편을 통해 무작위 발송되었다.
