HYBE’s label “ADOR” announced via its official X account that, after careful consideration with their families and thorough discussions with the company, Haerin and Hyein have expressed their intention to respect the court’s ruling, honor their exclusive contracts, and continue their activities with ADOR.
Minji, Daniel, and Hani also expressed their intention to return to ADOR, but Minji’s statement was delayed because she was in Antarctica, while the other members had previously announced their intention to return through the media.

ADOR stated that it will do its best to ensure the members can continue their entertainment activities smoothly and asked the public to refrain from making unfounded speculations about the members.
Meanwhile, former CEO Min Hee-jin stated on her social media that she respects and supports the members’ decision to return to ADOR. She added that the lawsuit between her and HYBE is separate from the NewJeans case, that she is doing her best as an individual, and that she hopes the truth will come to light.
In addition, HYBE’s stock price closed higher at 291,000 won on the 12th—the day the members of NewJeans announced their intention to make a comeback—and rose to 307,500 won on the 13th, marking its second consecutive day of gains.
