The Cheorwon Office of Education (Superintendent Choi Il-ho) held an event titled “Preserving Tradition and Fostering Connection: Chuseok Shopping at the Traditional Market” with its staff at the Sincheorwon Traditional Market in Cheorwon County on the 23rd.
This event was organized to promote communication and harmony among employees in celebration of the Chuseok holiday, as well as to revitalize the local economy and boost the local business district by encouraging visits to traditional markets.
Staff members from the Cheorwon Office of Education visited a traditional market to hold a Chuseok holiday shopping event using "Cheorwon Sarang" gift certificates and, at the same time, conducted an anti-corruption awareness campaign to demonstrate their commitment to integrity to the local community.
Superintendent Choi Il-ho said, “To celebrate Chuseok, I visited a traditional market with my staff to help revitalize the local economy and spend time fostering communication and harmony,” adding, “I will continue to practice educational administration that emphasizes communication and mutual growth with the local community.”
